The square toe is a really nice modern touch, and the gold seal detail adds just the right amount of edge. They fit perfectly through the calf thanks to the zipper. Already planning my next outfit around them.

The inner zipper makes getting these on so much easier than I expected for an over-the-knee style, and the wood-effect heel has a nice weight to it. Walked around all day in them and the semi-glossy leather still looks crisp, no creasing where I thought it might.
